UPCOMING ACTIVITIES
The VoD Market Day – the first market event focused on the European VoD Industry – will take place in Venice, Italy, the 5-6 September, during the 78th Venice International Film Festival.
VoD Market Day is organised in the framework of the European VoD Meetings training project, co-funded by the MEDIA programme of the European Commission. In association with the Venice Production Bridge (2-7 September), we organize two days of conferences and a VoD market including specific panels and in-person one-to-one meetings during which European and International VOD platforms and companies will be able to propose their services to international distributors, rights holders and AV professionals.

RECENT NEWS & EVENTS
The European VoD Meetings, the only training course especially conceived for the Video on Demand industry took place in Palma de Mallorca from the 28th to the 30th July. The European VoD Meetings were organized in partnership with Filmin and the Atlántida Mallorca Film Fest. This year gathered 40 participants from 18 countries and representing 34 companies. For this edition, the programme explored the VoD market trends and analytics, with overviews of content privacy, the hyperchoice and personalization of the online video platforms, and strategies about collaboration and partnerships, with sessions about the audience, a greener OTT, and the European public funding opportunities. The meetings included workshops, panels, case studies, and networking meetings.

More than 10,000 people have enjoyed the eleventh edition of the Atlántida Mallorca Film Fest! in its screenings, conferences and concerts in Palma in the seven days that the event has lasted; 327 actors, directors, musicians, professionals from 17 countriesaround the world have gathered in Palma! Jaume Ripoll, head of the festival and co-founder of Filmin declared: "Not even in our best expectations could we imagine the impact and scope of this 11th edition. The diversity of the public, their enthusiasm and involvement during these days in Mallorca, as well as the historical numbers of the online edition is the best example that a festival like Atlàntida is more necessary than ever. "
