Your data is not disclosed to any third party except (I) for reporting purposes to EUROVOD financiers, such as the European Commission, etc., (II) providing access to the restricted resource area, and for which EUROVOD collaborates with third parties, (III) the online EUROVOD database with contact information of EUROVOD participants, which is closed to the public and only accessible to EUROVOD Network Users after logging in, for which EUROVOD collaborates with third parties, (IV) when we have your permission, (V) when it is required by a competent authority in the exercise of its duties (for example in order to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities) or (VI) as otherwise required by law.
EUROVOD Network User names; company name; position in the company; website; and for EUROVOD trainees and trainers, the year and EUROVOD workshop in which they have participated in, are visible to the public.
